"La tertulia es un bar que se encuentra justo al lado de la plaza de las palomas de Oviedo. Cuenta con zona de aparcamiento en las inmediaciones del centro comercial Carrefour. Es un buen sitio donde ir a tomar café o un refresco y disfrutar de sus pinchos, que están muy buenos. Tiene servicio too good to go"
